Chris and his team did an amazing job on extending our patio and filled in a big hole at the back of the garden where our old greenhouse was and returfed it. Our old patio was very narrow and made up of a mix of crazy paving and rough concrete, all on different levels. Now it's a pleasure to go out there every day, as it's all on one level and, despite the recent rain, there is never one puddle on the patio, which shows how much effort was put into levelling it. Everyone who sees it, say they cant believe the difference it's made! Thank you Chris and your wonderful team for all your hard work!
They responded at a very busy time, so that was very good. In my opinion, the attachment of the arris rail brackets looks a bit slapdash, but maybe difficult on an old fence, and they were rushed off their feet. I've marked courtesy down to 3, not because they were rude at all (they were fine), but because I asked for a quote for some other work at the same time, but have never received it. I accepted that I'd have to wait for two or three weeks because they were very busy (it was in the middle of the storms). They took all the measurements, wrote it all down - but then I never heard from them.
Fencing replacement work performed according to precise planning, explanations, great skills required to install longest concrete poles available on market. Everything done on schedule, 3 days. Garden left very tidy and end result was simply superb. Surrey Fencing and Landscapes used best timber and concrete material available on market and pricing was very competitive compared to most competitors we contacted. From the moment Chris came to quote for the job we were very impressed with this company. He was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of options to choose from. He gave us the quote in writing when he said he would and corresponded with us to book in a convenient time for the work to be done. Dave and his colleague carried out the work for us. I don't think I've ever seen two men work so hard. They worked beyond the time they had originally said to get the job done and just kept going all day. The workmanship is amazing and we are both very pleased with the final fence. It looks very professional. We decided to not go for panel fencing as we wanted it to last and they have cut each individual bit perfectly. When they finished they cleaned the garden up and swept up so you wouldn't know they had been there. In fact it was in a far better state than it had started! After the guys had left Chris got in contact to check we were happy with the work. Perfect service from start to end. Thank you.
